“Adam F...this shit is big baby.”

– Tim Westwood,
Radio One - UK
Adam Fenton was born in Liverpool and raised in the center of the burgeoning local Merseyside music scene of the 70s. His career in Entertainment was his very birthright and his success inevitable. Adam has proven a creative force to be reckoned with; his talents cannot be labeled, nor his ambitions contained. The British multi-hyphenate with movie star good looks has built a stellar, transcontinental reputation as an award-winning, genre-crossing artist, music producer, film composer, international star dj, record label owner and industry spokesperson.

The incarnations of Adam F. are many.

A self-taught musician, Adam is an accomplished pianist and guitarist. His unstoppable music career began in the early 90s. He cites jazz-fusion and the 80s British electronica that was the foundation of MTV, as his main influences. MTV soon aired several of his music videos. Adam’s praised debut "Colours" featured the Top 20 singles “Circles” and “Music In My Mind” and earned him a British MOBO™ (Music of Black Origin) Award for Best Album (MOBO™ is England's equivalent to an American Grammy™).

After an 18-month tour with a live band in support of his soon to be RIAA-certified Gold record, he was enlisted to demonstrate his turntable skills at major music festivals and top nightclubs around the globe. During his early DJ years he mixed for Goldie, joined the Metalheadz and as a member of the seminal DJ collective, is featured in their legendary documentary. Adam exploded into the mysterious stratosphere of high-paid, high-profile international superstar DJs, appearing on magazine covers, in print, on television and radio shows worldwide, including his own Saturday night mix show on London's KISS 100FM.

Adam’s versatility has him collaborating with artists from David Bowie to The Pet Shop Boys, Everything But The Girl and Destiny’s Child to American rappers Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes. His urban soundtrack "KAOS: The Anti-Acoustic Warfare” (EMI/UK) saw Adam producing U.S. hip hop stalwarts De La Soul, LL Cool J, Guru, Noreaga (aka N.O.R.E.), M.O.P. and Redman for whom Adam assembled a 70 piece orchestra and 64 member choir then composed and scored music to create the anthemic hit “Smash Sumthin'” (also featured in EA Games "Def Jam Vendetta"). The supremely successful collaboration with LL Cool J resulted in the #1 Billboard-charted single “The G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time)”, which, in addition to appearing on Adam’s album also served as the title single from LL's eponymous multi-platinum release. It went on to ultimately become the rapper's first #1 album. Tim Westwood astounded listeners by rewinding and replaying the song five and unprecedented times in his Radio One mix show. Filled with cinematic, testosterone driven beats and daring live instrumentation, and though fate would have it released on 9/11, critics worldwide applauded "KAOS". In addition to a #1 Billboard Platinum Album, Adam’s achievements include 4 RIAA-certified Gold discs, 11 UK Top 40 Singles, #1 Drum & Bass single, NME Top 5 Producer and #1 UK Hip Hop Producer.

As a composer, Adam scores and sources music for feature films. His credits include “Ali G Indahouse” (FilmFour/ Studio Canal/Working Title) and Ryan Phillipe thriller “The I Inside” (Dimension). He also created a full orchestral score for WWF/WCW Champion Wrestling and is represented as a film composer by HotHouse Music Ltd., agents to several Academy Award winning clients. Adam owns his own music publishing company and is up for election to the Board of Directors of the PRS/MCPS Music Society in London.

Adam hatched his own independent record label, further building the KAOS brand and aptly applying this same title to his newest venture. He released "Drum & Bass Warfare"; the drum & bass reworkings of his "Anti-Acoustic Warfare" album featuring the genre most prominent remixers. Teaming with DJ Fresh, Adam co-founded Breakbeat KAOS, which would become the most successful Electronic (DnB) indie imprint label in the world, with each release landing on the UK's Top 20. They partnered again, this time for the internet venture DogsonAcid.com, an electronic music forum with unparalleled traffic; as many as 40 million hits per month.

In 2006, Adam found himself as founder/front man/songwriter/producer of the band Malpractice, releasing the single “Breathe”, warmly received the UK's rock community and achieving top chart positions by radio rock show personalities Daniel P. Carter (Radio One), Bruce Dickenson and Ian Camfield (XFM).

Mr. F continues his reign in the elite world of jet-setting celebrity djs, appearing behind the decks at select events for his fans on five continents. He teamed with Redman yet again for the 2007 Def Jam release “Red Gone Wild” to “Rush The Security”, another signature Adam F hip hop track, licensed to Activision's “True Crime: New York City” multi-platform video game.

Adam's next entertainment frontier is the space found in front of a camera. He has appeared live on numerous occasions in televised interviews and his own music videos and is now taking his talent to the big screen as a film actor. Negotiations are under way for him to appear in the British indie crime-thriller "The Heavy". He is also fielding interest from other projects.

Adam's next musical surprise is yet to unfold. Be assured that whatever the genre, his inimitable style and rare talent will morph into yet another audibly pleasurable gem.
